The SCP Annual Meeting for 2008 was held on Wednesday, February 27, at the Pippen Conference Center Room 3 in the Richland Hospital. The potluck meal at 6 PM was followed by the meeting at 7. Agenda items included reports from the president and treasurer and election of board members for the 2008 term. Derrick Gee accompanied his president's report with a slide show featuring pictures from Santa Teresa. Board/officer elections confirmed the following positions for the 2008 terms:

Jack Lee has volunteered to assist the Secretary in the role of recorder at board meetings.
